Environmental Regulations and Compliance

Cube InvIT maintains compliance with applicable environmental regulations across its portfolio, covering air, water, groundwater, and waste management. Groundwater extraction permissions have been obtained or renewed for multiple assets, while telemetry-enabled flow meters have been installed across all operational borewells to enhance monitoring and responsible water use. Environmental compliance is supported through emission control measures, compliant equipment, and periodic monitoring by NABL-certified laboratories, with most parameters remaining within prescribed limits.
